News Release from Carrboro Police Department
The Alamance County Sheriff’s Office attempted to stop a vehicle suspected of being involved in a shooting in Graham yesterday evening (Monday, March 29). The vehicle fled and was chased into Orange County and ultimately crashed on Old Fayetteville Road near West Poplar Avenue in Carrboro. The suspect fled the crash on foot and was not apprehended. The Carrboro Police Department and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office assisted in efforts to apprehend the suspect. The Graham Police Department is investigating the shooting incident.
