Consent Agenda:

  • The Board of approved the previous meeting minutes from March 6, 2018.
  • The Board approved the request to hold a Public Hearing on May 15th for an establishment of Stormwater Rate Structure. 

Request to set a Public Hearing for Voluntary Annexation and Conditional Rezoning at 905 and 921 Homestead Rd:  
The Board asked Staff to bring this item back at a later date with additional information associated with proposed road alignment and tree removal mitigation information.  

Public Hearing on the Conditional Use Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit for 802 and 806 Merritt Mill Road:
James Thomas, the Planning/Zoning Development Specialist and Jess Brandes from CASA spoke to the Board. The Board approved the Conditional Use Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit.

Public Hearing on Land Use Ordinance Amendments relating to Tree Protection, Shade Trees, Canopy Coverage and Replacement Standards: 

The Board decided to further discuss this item in a future meeting.
